    Hi @Peter F. #36492

At the moment Fizz doesn't allow transferring one plan to a different account, the only option is to transfer to an other provider and transfer back in a new account (for sure remember to use the referral code of your active account, to get the 35$) https://fizz.ca/en/faq/it-possible-transfer-my-plan-another-account

If you don't have any plans of your own in the account, for daughter number 1, you could simply change the first name, email address and method of payment on the existing account and thus make her the account owner instead of you. This way, you guys can keep at least one of the plans as is and under the same number.

For daughter number 2, it is as Elena had already described. If she also wants to keep her number, you have to temporarily port her number to a different carrier, then change the name on that other carrier's account, then create a new Fizz account and port the number back in from the other carrier. Unfortunately, you lose the original Fizz plan and have to go with one of the plans that Fizz has currently on offer.

It isn't all bad though, when daughter number 2 opens up her new Fizz account, she can use daughter number 1's referral code and they get a $25 (sometimes $35) referral bonus each. So, at least, you get paid for all your trouble… 😉

Your could try creating a new plan and transferring the phone number or log into the fizz mobile account go to plans click the plan and click change payment method
