My phone is dead (water damage), can I setup call forwarding?

Take your SIM card out of the broken phone and put it into a friend or family member's phone. Then follow the normal guide for call forwards.
How do I set up call forwarding?Once the setup is complete, you can remove the sim card from their phone and the forward will work with the SIM being offline.
If you have an esim, you first have to activate a physical replacement sim from Fizz on your existing plan. Then use any phone as above to set your call forward.

How do I set up call forwarding?Otherwise, you need to buy a new SIM, contact the support to get a SIM swap, but they will ask a copy of your ID and the credit card used to pay the plan (delete the number and the exception to the last 4)
