sim card is not volte compatible?
Hi my phone sim card is not volte compatible, i guessing it's the sim since i've been with fizz for several years and samsung s20 ultra seam's to be fine with volte so guessing the sim card is faulty!
how do i get a new one that is with the same plan that i have, is it free?

Check on your perks you are supposed to have one in order to get a free SIM, otherwise contact the support

ok, so i have to order one for 15$ to get the perk, but i do i get to keep my plan as it is not available anymore, 19$/month

If you have the perks, you'll receive a discount of the same value.
Afterwards, when you receive the SIM card, you’ll need to contact customer support to request a SIM swap. Keep in mind they’ll ask for a copy of your ID and the credit card associated with the plan (make sure to hide all but the last four digits of the card number). You’ll keep the same plan — just remember to go through support, as this is the official procedure.

Volte compatible sims have a small red bolt on them. Check yours to see if it's there! If not, you can order one free of charge from your account as the other user already explained.
