Modem improvement opportunity

Hello,

I noticed that Fizz still uses a certain infamous chip inside their modems.

I'm offering my services and expertise to beta test the current modem (or ideally, a different one) to see if the situation has improved, and provide an extensive internal feedback.

Let's call this an "opportunity" for redemption and good press, after a moderator deleted my polite troubleshooting forum post, 3 years ago when Fizz first launched.

    Hi @dpeeri

    Fizz is already test new equipment, and some users are testing it. Follow the forum and probably you will see if they will need other member in the near future
