the banner says only until March 24, but website and account show the plan as available.
Hope whoever missed it last time could grab it.

I've noticed A lot of services and prices in general differ in Quebec specifically. Is that due to regulations/taxation or something?

This is a concern for multiple users from Quebec. Fizz is doing promotions for other provinces but completely ignoring users from Quebec. No idea what is the reason behind this but most probably because Fizz has "enough" users in Quebec.
