Transferring eSIM from one phone to another

Hi, so I've currently got an eSIM in my iPhone XS and I'd like to transfer it to another phone (iPhone XR).

At some point during the Apple transfer, there was an error saying something like the eSIM cannot be transferred.

Is this feature supported at all? If so, any help getting this sorted out?
Thanks!

    Hi @TommyWiseau

You need to buy a physical SIM to associate it with your current plan. At the moment, you cannot transfer an eSIM.

Once you have the physical Fizz SIM, you need to contact support to link it to your plan. The support team will ask for a photo ID and the credit card associated with the plan (you should hide all but the last four digits) to verify that you are the plan owner.

    Hi,

Currently, it is not possible to transfer an eSIM that is already paired with one phone to another device. This feature will eventually be implemented in our system at a later date, but at this time it is not possible to perform such an operation.
