travel add on not working
Hi. I am in Europe and purchased a travel add on. The data portion is working, roaming is turned on, and I can receive texts but I cannot send any texts. I have checked my APN settings and restarted the phone several times. What else can I do? Why can't I send texts?

Did you buy the travel add-on for text too?
You need to buy a travel add-on for each service, except for calls, as they are not supported in Europe at the moment.

I don't see an option to buy text travel add-on. I have unlimited texting with my plan it only gives me pay as you go or data travel add-on options. Do I have to do pay as you go for texting?

You are right they remove the text addon, you need to put money in your wallet in order to be able to send texts (SMS)
However, the Fizz's wallet is available only if your plan is from Quebec or Ontario (at the moment), the best part that you can ask a refund for the part that you didn't use.
