Lost SIM, can I get an eSIM?

Is it possible? The only option I see is "change my sim" and only physical sim.

  At the moment is not possible to have the eSIM, the eSIM is available only for a new plan

  From the guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/install-and-activate-esim The eSIM is only offered for the activation of a new mobile plan.
