Cut unnecessary subscriptions! Check your monthly subscriptions and cancel the ones you rarely use.

Put some money into a TFSA; and invest that money so that it may grow tax-free.

Put some money into an RRSP; can help lower your taxes or get a tax refund at tax time.

Look around for banks with good savings rates or take advantage of promo rates.

Adding on to this, check out your local library for digital and physical resources that can replace streaming subscriptions. I can borrow digital movies from sites like Hoopla or Kanopy for free because of the library. Because I don't have an ongoing Disney+ subscription, I can also take advantage of a reduced subscription price whenever they run their new and returning customer promos.

Take advantage of REER, CELI and other fiscal mesures.
Other way, reduce your consumption, buy second hand....

😆 Very good advices. You can try living more simplistic. Some people chose to live their live with only 100 objects ( 1 shoe is considered an object).

no annual fee credit cards that offers more rewards than annual fee ones (make sure to pay off credit before statement date and keep less than 5% balance to build credit history then pay it off),

bank signup bonuses I have got $1000s of value from 1 bank alone in the first year with bonus hisa % promo for 6/12months, $500 signup bonus, additional $200 for direct deposit connections, referrals, free banking for life with no catch.

buy a chest freezer and stock up on the meats when it’s on sale, sometimes eating out is cheaper,

there’s always way to cut down bills on internet, cell phone plans, subscriptions don’t be loyal to a single company.
