What job is AI/robot proof? Nothing. The singularity is or was now. The only thing stopping it is mass implementation. Imagine the whole world without electricity or oil. How long before we succumb to disease and starvation.
It is also an ace in the hole, AI is an energy hog.

Yeah it seems that creatives are the first to go tbh,
a lot of companies already use employees work to train AIs to replace them.Nothing is really future proof IMO, but changes are incremental and slow it's not gonna be tomorrow that most people are looking for new fields, it'll probably be the next generation.

Really? In my observance, it is just those areas that are ripe to be picked up by basic human robots. Conversation, tidy, cook and tuck in jobs are no problem for new robots. And they don't complain(yet). Expensive yes. But if you think about an old age home, the orderlies could be robots. That is 3/4 of your labour bill. I could be way off, but I think we will see personal robots take over for personal care and quite quickly. We will be guilted into buying for our parents or grand parents because we don't visit often enough. Those that suffer from mental disorders will be patiently looked after without the emotional baggage.

yes, we see this already in many jobs or on the phone help lines, ai first and then when needed, sent to a human to solve… if possible.
Coders are also being replaced..yet the schools claim lots of jobs…not.

I think jobs in health care where you need to account for multiple issues and variables are pretty safe. AI can definitely help narrow things down with diagnosing problems and coming up with treatment plans, but when it comes to treating really sick patients in hospitals, I think it's still going to come down to the doctors accounting for different factors to make the best treatment decision rather than a simple algorithm AI follows. At least I hope so!!

Emotional contact is easily to fake, we are very quick to fell in love with texts, peppered with pics and a few voice calls and boom. But don't beat yourself up about it, long ago it was letters written, at times months apart.
The reality is companion robots will be better than us at everything soon.
Some won't care and just accept. Others will just call up the maid robot on duty.
The important thing is faith. Regardless of the future, trust in God.
