Fizz TV App on Mobile with Rogers

I'm thinking of switching to Fizz for Internet and TV (from EBOX). One feature that I use is the ability to watch TV on my corporate phone which is with other provider using cellular data.

Can someone confirm that you must be on a Fizz plan to watch TV on your mobile (using cellular data) ?

    For the moment, Fizz TV only works with Fizz residential internet.

    Service availability (2)
    Offered where technology permits, exclusively to members in the province of Québec with a Fizz Home Internet plan of 30 Mbps minimum.
