We notice an abnormally high usage of partner networks (identified by Fizz EXT on the screen of your phone) for the mobile services in your plan associated to the number xxx-xxxx-xxx .

The majority of your usage (more than 50%) must be done in your subscription area on the Fizz network, regardless of the coverage area you chose.

If you pursue such usage, we’ll have to suspend (without any other warning from our part) your access to these partner networks.

- I left Quebec and is now living in Yukon. I’m in 80gb per month plan and been using it most of the time because I don’t have a wifi. What should I do? I still want to use Fizz. Is there any way I can stay with Fizz and use the same number (because when I tried “Moving” it said I have to create a new plan with a new number)? I’ll appreciate your answers. Thank you so much. 🙏

    Hi @ChimY

You can only use for at most 3 consecutive month with partner network is the rule

You can read more from here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks

Yukon is not in the coverage area, therefore, there is nothing that you can do, if you must stay there, you can only use the Fizz plan for 3 months, sorry

@elena code xzi4t Thanks for responding. I really need to switch to a new mobile data provider then. 🥹🙏

Since I want to keep my number, should I unsubscribe to fizz after my number’s transferred to the new mobile data provider?

    Thank you so much 🙏
