Is my job or field of study is future proof because....
Do you think your job is safe from tech, whether AI or robotics and automation?
Some in my family think so… do you?
What are areas that are not safe?

Hi, no, he's always going to need a human to watch over the machine and many jobs can't be done by a robot.

Tech is coming for everything! 🤖 But don't worry—unless you’re a robot assembling robots or an AI creating art, you might be safe! Creative fields might be affected too, but they’re harder to automate completely. The key is to stay adaptable—who knows, maybe you’ll be the one training the next AI! 😎

What job is AI/robot proof? Nothing. The singularity is or was now. The only thing stopping it is mass implementation. Imagine the whole world without electricity or oil. How long before we succumb to disease and starvation.
It is also an ace in the hole, AI is an energy hog.
Life is beautiful

I agree some creative jobs may linger, but paint, sculpture, music and even film have all been done well by ai.

Totally agree! AI’s got the skills, but maybe what lingers is the human spark—like the difference between a playlist and a live jam session!

Yeah it seems that creatives are the first to go tbh,
a lot of companies already use employees work to train AIs to replace them.Nothing is really future proof IMO, but changes are incremental and slow it's not gonna be tomorrow that most people are looking for new fields, it'll probably be the next generation.

Community organizations promoting the participation and social integration of people living with a mild intellectual disability, an autism spectrum disorder and/or
a mental health disorder will never be replaced by artificial intelligence or a robotParticipants' need to be with a human is too important to be replaced by artificial intelligence or a robot

Really? In my observance, it is just those areas that are ripe to be picked up by basic human robots. Conversation, tidy, cook and tuck in jobs are no problem for new robots. And they don't complain(yet). Expensive yes. But if you think about an old age home, the orderlies could be robots. That is 3/4 of your labour bill. I could be way off, but I think we will see personal robots take over for personal care and quite quickly. We will be guilted into buying for our parents or grand parents because we don't visit often enough. Those that suffer from mental disorders will be patiently looked after without the emotional baggage.

The customer service department is not so save with the development of the AI.

yes, we see this already in many jobs or on the phone help lines, ai first and then when needed, sent to a human to solve… if possible.
Coders are also being replaced..yet the schools claim lots of jobs…not.

It’s definitely an interesting take! Robots stepping in for tasks like personal care could change the game, especially in terms of labor costs and efficiency. While they may handle basic tasks without complaint, I wonder if we'll miss that human touch—particularly when it comes to empathy and understanding. It’s an easy way to cut costs, but I’m not sure if the emotional connection can ever be replaced. It’s a bit of a double-edged sword, don’t you think?

That’s true! While AI can streamline a lot of processes, customer service often relies on human empathy and problem-solving. AI might handle routine questions well, but it could struggle with more complex, sensitive situations. It’s a tough balance between efficiency and maintaining that personal touch!
