i got the referral bonus to sign up $35.

why I don't see it anymore in my profile

-it should cover my 2nd bill in Jan..

You will get 35$ credit at your second payment, it will be available to cover the 3rd payment My benefizz > My crew > Referral bonuses. Check this guide

Do you know the user that gave you the code? he still have an account with Fizz?

You are going to need to contack fizz. I had this problem a few days ago and had to contact them to get it fixed it.

if you didn’t use the referral code during the activation of your first plan you will not get the 35$

Check if it is on your Referral Bonus page. If not, you might need to contact the customer service.
