Physical SIM card activation failed

As a new customer, I've received my physical SIM card today. Half way during the activation process, I ended up on an empty webpage with no option to continue.
The SIM card was not activated, no mobile plan is showing up in my account, no charge was done to my credit card.
Upon trying the activation again, I now get a message from the system that "The code you entered has already been assigned to a member." How do I proceed now? It seems, I cannot activate this SIM card anymore.

You need to wait from 30 minutes before try again, the SIM will be locked to eliminate any race condition.
When you will try again, use the browser in private mode, to eliminate some possible problem. Remember to use a referral code during the activation (if this is your first plan in that account)
