For now, Fizz allows the use of calls only within Canada and the USA.
You can always buy an add-on for data or pay per use (in Quebec and Ontario, the Fizz wallet is available) and use apps such as Fongo, TextNow, etc., for communication.
The price depends on the country. You can check the rates in your account under the Travel Add-on section.
Or you can also check here the prices

Thanks for your reply!
I do have monthly Add-on for international minutes (for a country in Europe).
My question was can I receive Calls from Europe while I am in Canada?
Looked up some older discussions, but I guess I have to ask a friend (Europe) to call me and see
if the call comes through.
Thanks again!

Good afternoon @Stellamerlin
All incoming calls are “free” in that there are no extra charges for the fact that the call originates outside your calling plan area.
You have to have an active plan with minutes, which will be consumed when you answer an incoming call.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Brad

You are right; I misunderstood the post. When you are in your coverage zone and have unlimited calls, an add-on, or a Fizz wallet (if available in your province), incoming calls from your neighbour or from Europe are treated the same way. Therefore:
- With unlimited calls, they are included.
- With an add-on or the wallet, they are billed by the minute, rounded up to the next minute (e.g., a 10-second call is billed as 1 minute).
Sorry @Stellamerlin if I have been misleading you

Thank you @elena code xzi4t for the clarification regarding wallets (not available in my province) and addon minutes for those that use them
Cheers,
Brad

All incoming calls are free as long as you have minutes.
