Can't get to voicemail setup

It's a little more clicks than that.
Go to My Plan → Manage my plan (big green button to the right of your plan details) → Advanced Parameters (at the bottom, under Everything Else) and you should see the option to set up your voicemail pin.
If you're using Visual Voicemail I think there's some more setting up you need to do on the phone itself. I don't remember the exact steps, but I do remember that it seemed that it wasn't working until I restarted the phone, then everything's been fine since.

To customize or reset your PIN:
Follow the instructions in your voicemail or do it from your Fizz account under My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Parameters > PIN to Access Your Voicemail..
