Not seeing referral bonus under pending bonus

Hi I have joined Fizz using my friend's referral code. My friend is seeing the pending referral bonus but I don't see the bonus in my profile. Can someone help please

    For me I cannot see my new referral either, can you try later in the day to see if it is a temporary problem

    or you can always contact the support, https://fizz.ca/en/support , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.
