Few times an year, FIZZ offers good deals on plans such as on BLACK FRDAY, BOXING DAY, SPRING, SUMMER DEALS. An example, all summer long, 20GB CANADA CALL & TEXT plan was $28 without voicemail and $29 with voicemail in Quebec. From Fall 10GB offers the same price $29. Good deals prices only comes a few times in an year and it's good to lock it up once got it. You can wait for the Black Friday next month to grab a better plan.

With Fizz you need to check the prices every couple of weeks if there are better price/options

Prices change time for data. You have to watch the prices often.
He must not change his package otherwise he will fall on today's prices too.
