just activated my Fizz sim card and kept my old phone number. I need to enter a 'network key' (10 trials left). Where do I find it?

It seems that your phone is SIM locked, if this is the case and you bought the phone in Canada this means that it is an old phone, you should contact the provider from which you bought in order to get the unlock code, it is free
You can always contact the support, , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

Yes, was told as much by fizz tech via chat that my old phone was locked with my previous phone service provider... but don't recall being informed that I could get it unlocked. :-(
