To change your plan
- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
- Scroll to the plan you wish to change.
- Click on Manage > Adjust your plan.
- Choose your new speed. You will see your new monthly fee in the box below.
- When you like what you see, save. Changes take effect at the start of your next payment cycle.
Good to know: When you change your plan, you don't lose your rewards. For example, the My Rewards upgrade for dollars off the price of your plan, or the one for free mobile data every month will continue to apply to your new plan.
Important – Any change to your plan must be made in accordance with the plan change policy detailed on .

you have to check if there is a current available plan that matches what you want to switch to. After that, you can go into your account and switch your plan

Remember that Fizz has a freezing period of 4.5 days before the next billing cycle in which you cannot modify the plan

Speed: Upload: 20 Mbps Download: 120 Mbps Cost: $50 / MonthI want to upgrade it to:
Speed: Upload: 50 Mbps Download: 400 Mbps Cost: $49 / Month

Yes, this is a no-brainer; you should modify it.
And remember check the plans every couples of weeks, I had the 400mbps for 44$
