Anyone have SMS issue?

    Try to put the phone in airplane modem for 30 seconds

    I opt out the text service. On Fizz website, they said I could not send text but I can still receive them.
    Using Fizz for 2 months and I kept receiving sms.

    However from yesterday, I cant receive any sms anymore. Meanwhile my frd (who pay the sms service) is not affected.

    One of my friend who opt out the text service has the same issue.

    We reach customer service, no one is answering

    I can send/receive SMS, but not MMS.

    While I was texting today, as I regularly do as part of my job, Random texts would not send or come in. I tried rebooting my phone among other things, with no success. I would get a message under the text saying I was unable to connect to the network. I see now that I can text the contacts that I was having issues with today. Is this a fairly regular thing? I have had this issue before, and I can't afford to have it continue. If that is the case, I will have to switch providers

    Maybe check where you put your phone. The signal may be weak where you are. I've never had a problem in my case even indoors. Check if you are on 3g or 4g LTE.
