Ans i have my own internet connection since the 6th, and since i user FIZZ, it always connect but without internet, wth!!??? Everything's new, and the guy even plug it for me, and most of the time unplugging it doesn't fix the problem, i have stable internet only 10% of the time. It even woke me up cause i listen to rain on YouTube to sleep and it stop in the middle of the night 🤬

You should check in the Fizz Wi-Fi app if your devices are properly connected and try to connect all of them to the 5G band and not to the 2.4G.
