How to know what personne give a gift data?

HI! i have a question about gifting data! The people who send me data and wrote me in forum i can thank them, because they wrote me a message in forum ! But not everybody wrote in forum! There are some people that just gave me some data and i dont know their noms to say them thank you! My question is how exactly to know who gave me a gifting data ?
