FIZZ TV - Cannot change 5-Channel plan in Fizz website

Channel RAI is down for a couple of days and I cannot replace it in FIZZ - my plan page. The 5-Channel plan link does not work in Safari, Firefox or Chrome. Keep getting Error message "

zone-tv.fizz.ca

 refused to connect.

    Answer ✓

    in order to modify your plan you need to unsubscribe and create a new one

    You will refund for the day that you didn’t use

    Be aware it can take sometime for the new plan to be activated
