port request is initiated by the new company. so you would have to signup for public mobile and activate their sim card. then follow their instructions to port out of fizz

There aren't any restrictions on porting out, you'll just have to follow the instructions on the Public Mobile side.

Exactly follow the instructions provided by them If I remember to port out to this compagnie you must do it with their app
