It's good. But be aware of the fizz wallet. Wallet money can be used for data, not for calling right now while roaming within Canada. Fizz are working on this.

In QC there no issues so far, depending the area where you are.

In average it's a good carrier with low prices.

Some people had bad experiences with buying used phones from fizz. Currently I've been seeing a lot of issues with internet in the last week or so.

Indoor reception can be weak in the other provinces outside QC as they use Freedom's towers but other than that no issues so far.

Some people have had serious issues and there have been complaints about the lack of phone support, but honestly I've seen both problems with the major providers, and they charge a LOT more. Fizz's prices are much cheaper than the competition and the plans are much more flexible. There are plenty of small problems, nothing is perfect, but overall I'm very happy.

It's great if you never need self serve customer support. But boy is it frustrating if you're waiting hours for a response.
