Request for Access to Introductory Prices

Hi,

I want to switch my plan because there are better plans now. On Fizz's official website, they present the option of intro prices for 6 GB for $23, but from my account, it would cost me $28. Usually, in other companies, older clients have better prices than new ones. Is there something we can do to have access to the introductory prices as old clients?

you do not need to reorder a new sim card. getting a new sim card won't change the price. I'm currently able to see the $23 for the 6G plan on Fizz. This is from my account when I go to edit my plan. Double check the settings for your account is set to Ontario. Sometimes the system may change it to Quebec accidentally.

Québec is $28 and $23 for Ontario for the 6GB and a dollar off without voicemail. Make sure on the upper page of FIZZ that you are located in Ontario.

with fizz you can switch your plan every billing cycle. so at the current rate if you are paying $28 for 6G, just go into your account and select change plan and change it to the $23 for 6G. for fizz, you will want to check the plan price once a month and change it if the price drops.

If it costs you $28 for 6GB from your account then it looks like you are based in Quebec whereas the introductory prices (where you can get 6GB for $23) is only available in Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, and British Colombia so the only way to get access to the introductory prices would be to somehow change your address to one of the other provinces. Maybe in the future Fizz will drop the prices in Quebec.

thank's for your answer.
I can indeed change plan but they don't offer the intro price from my account; they only offer the 28$ for 6G. I'm guessing I might need to order a new sim card in order to have access to the intro price.
