so from what I understand I cannot use esim with Fizz ??? is that correct ?

I just bought esim airalo !!! and it does not work ?

    Fizz doesn't have eSIMs for their network but that doesn't have anything to do with accessing orher networks using their eSIMs.

    It just means that you need a physical Fizz SIM for the Fizz network.

    That doesn't prevent you from using eSIMs from other providers to connect to their networks.

    I would suggest that you contact the other provider to find out why you can't access their network using their eSIM.

    Fizz doesn't support eSIM currently.

    Fizz doesn't have esims but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use your Esim for airalo if your phone supports dual sim. It should work. You sure everything is setup correctly? Maybe even disable your Fizz dim card while traveling outside of the country?

    you can use the esim for your phone if it supports it. The Fizz sim is still physical.
