Hello, I would like to change my plan and I got this message:"contact us by chat" ,what should I do?

    Hi @Mahnoosh

    I never saw that message, I can only tell you that you cannot change your plan 108 hours (4.5 days) before the next billing cycle. Is this your case?

    You can contact the chat by logging in to your account and from the menu select help - support - chat with an agent - chat.
