The only is to get the sim card. Then you only pay for the cell plan (and the new phone if you purchase it with Fizz).

Fizz doesn't have any fees, it will give you a 25$ credit to new customers for the activation of the first plan in one account, when this will use a referral code, you can pick mine can be found in my user name after code.
