Hi,
I just scheduled an appointment to install Fizz for the 8th of July.
I noticed that Fizz already charged me the amount today on my credit card!

Does it mean the billing starts as of today? this does not make sense, so when is my next payment? I am assuming today's payment is for the month starting as of the 8th July and ending on 7th of Sep, so my next payment should be on the 7th of Sep right?

    Hi

You will charged when you are subscribe, but this is not your start billing cycle, the billing will start at your activation. Check the guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-payment-cycles-work

    1. You received your Fizz Wi-Fi modem by mail? Its activation date marks the beginning of your payment cycle. Don’t forget, Fizz will activate it remotely three (3) days after its delivery date, but you can activate it yourself in your account if you’re ready before then.  Your modem was delivered by a technician? If you had an nstallation appointment with a technician, your modem will be activated then, and the date of your appointment therefore marks the beginning of your payment cycle.
    2. Duration Payment cycles are monthly, but their duration
varies based on the number of days in each month. What’s important to remember is the anniversary date of your plan. For example, if you activated your SIM card or received your Wi-Fi modem on April 5, the anniversary date for your plan is the 5th, and your next payment cycle will start on May 5, and then June 5, and so on.
If your plan is activated on the 31st of a month, it is important to note that your payment cycles will start on the last day of each month, whether it’s the 30, 31 (or even 28 in the case of the month of February).
