How long does it take to replace a modem?

So I asked several CS reps over different messengers but they all tell me that the technician will let me know should the modem be changed. Which doesn't answer my question. As I work from home it's important for me to know how long this will take and what to prepare for given that the modem is likely broken.


From experience, can you tell me how long it takes to replace a modem? I have an appointment with a technician but no one would tell me if the technician is providing a new modem during that visit if he judges the old one doesn't work anymore, or if there are extra steps to get one and if so, what do they entail and how long does it take usually until I can get a new modem to setup and use internet again?

    When the technician will come, if the modem is a problem, it will change on the spot

    They always have modems with them.

    I agree with Elena... The technician will either fix it or replace it

    first check whether your wifi or admin panel of wifi <a href="https://192-168-0-1ip.uno/">192.160.0.1</a>is working or not then go to setting and reset the password.
