How to earn Expert badge really?

I have tried all 3 tasks:

  1. Add money to my Fizz wallet
  2. Got one referral bonus
  3. Post an answer

But I still have not earn the Expert badge. Anyone know why? Or I have to wait for a while.

    Wait a day or two and if it will not appear contact customer support.

    Maybe try having mode than one referral bonus??

    The only thing I was missing was the money in the wallet... once I did that I received the badge right away. How many steps do you reckon you miss by looking at the circular bar around the badge itself?

    Having an hard time with badges too, guess it will fix itself after the monthly paiement

    I don't have any issue with badges from the MyAccount section... here in the forum instead there are some badges I can't get and I don't understand why...

    Same issue here. I've added money to my wallet in the past, but the task still shown incomplete.

    Had a similar problem recently. I couldn`t get a badge displayed properly on the Fizz Website. When I went to Fizz on my phone and performed the required tasks, the badge was suddenly displayed as being obtained. Maybe it`s a Browser- or device related problem.

    I'm also having this problem. I have 7 referrals, have posted answers and I just added money to my account. I'll contact CS if it doesn't upgrade in the next few days.

    Hey Justyn, if you just completed the last task, I would wait a few days otherwise you're better off contacting CS

    I've also been having this issue despite doing the tasks required to get to the next level.
