Mobile data is not working

I am new to fizz, just registered yesterday. I am able to receive incoming calls, however my mobile data is not working whenever I take it off Wi-Fi

    Check again your plan if you have data included.

    Did you verify if you have some data available on your plan? If you used everything, you can ask some data to community to Data Gifting section https://forum.fizz.ca/en/categories/data-gifting

    Hi there, yes my plan includes 10Gb of data. I connected with chat and got the issue resolved

    I have data, just the APN had to be setup specifically, also had to turn on roaming for things to work.
