Why is this app collecting infos as: Personal infos, messages, photos and videos? Is it safe?

You should ask the support, but I confident that they will not collect any of this information

It is written in the condition to accept when installing the app.0 -
If you don't feel comfortable with it, you can simply use the portal at 192.168.0.1
