I came from another provider for phone and home internet. My router from the previous provider stopped working, and the tech support guys on the phones kept speculating that it was my phone the problem(I told them my phone wifi works everywhere else). So I just canceled it after 2 years of use and made the switch. Everything works perfectly now for over a year and I haven't changed my phone
