special question for Fizz in Florida
Hello my Fizz friends,
I have a special question to use Fizz in Florida. My kid is going to travel to Florida for this spring break. I am thinking to get 20G Canada/US plan for kid. I will insert the SIM into an iPhone 6 or 7 (leave the iPhone15 at home - I do not want buy another iPhone15 if it lost). Does anybody have the new experience recently that the iPhone 6 or 7 with Fizz works or not in Florida? I do not need call/message as kids normally use SMS/Facetime, so data only is enough.
Thanks for all your comments.

Sorry @FC
You cannot use the iPhone 6 or 7 in the states for calls, since are not VoLTE certified
However, since you don't need for calls you are set.
You can use iPhone 6/7 for data and tex, with 20Gb you can use facetime for example, whatsapp, textenow etc, therefore any app which use the data for make a call
Yes they will work
If you want you can also contact the support

There is no 3G in the USA anymore. You need a phone that supports LTE: iPhone 6 does not work.
The iPhone 7 supports LTE, but it is not on the list of supported devices, so I do not know if you will be able to connect to a network in the US.

The question is very clear : "I do not need call/message as kids normally use SMS/Facetime, so data only is enough". VOLTE is not relevant at all to the question.
Iphone 6 and 7 will work for data in Florida, you will need to set "allow roaming" on.

I answered that. What do you find wrong in my answer?

Nowhere in my answer pointed out that your specific answer is wrong. I'm not sure why did you say so.

Sorry, but when I read
The question is very clear : "I do not need call/message as kids normally use SMS/Facetime, so data only is enough"
It seems to me that the previous answers were incorrect. My apologies, I misunderstood.
