Fizz Twitter account ?
Hello, why is Fizz on all major social platforms but twitter ?
As someone who doesn't have a FB/Insta account, I'd love to interact with Fizz support openely on Twitter.
The more options you support, the better for your customers. Thank you for considering going back to twitter.

Good question. It looks like they had an account named Fizz_ca at some point but it is now closed.
I'm curious to know the reason why

Hello Florent T.
I don't think this will help many people. Sorry for you.

I used to use twitter a lot but the reality nowadays is that you can reach way more people through instagram and tiktok

To this day, Twitter remains a major social media with hundreds of millions of MAU. Not everyone is willing to open yet another account on Tiktok, Instagram or Facebook and whatnot.
To me, Twitter is the most appropriate platform for direct communications with corporations across the globe.
Rogers, Bell, Koodo, Videotron, Telus, Fido, Virgin, Public Mobile and others are on all on Twitter.
Please, bring Fizz back to twitter 😣

But Fizz has less support than Rogers, Bell, Koodo, Videotron, Telus, Fido, Virgin, Public Mobile.
...But... the best prices!
Sorry.

You know you can contact Fizz support right away through their own chat right? Why would they need to use twitter for support?

Because that would allow for public discourse, and other people could benefit from that conversation, participate, react, ect. Twitter is better suited for sharing ideas, suggestions, feedback on the products and services.
Fizz support is for asking questions that might include personnal/private informations. For everything else, I'd strongly encourage Fizz to engage with their community and customer on the public place and Twitter is perfect for that.
I fail to see any significant downside in Fizz adding Twitter to its communication toolset.
