To me it doesn't matter at all. Rather than how many people have signed up, what is more important to me is what services Fizz provides... and how it treats customers... or the quality of service... and whether it answers customers' questions fairly.

I also use Fizz Internet under my husband's name and it is in very good condition. There are very occasional interruptions, but I think that's due to weather, etc. It is cheaper than Bell, but I am satisfied with it and am using it. I can't tell the difference between the more expensive Bell and the cheaper Fizz. Sometimes I even think that Fizz is better.

I don’t think the number of forum users is even close to a true reflection of the number of Fizz subscribers.

According to wiki https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mobile_network_operators_in_Canada

videotron+fizz+freedom have a total mobile subscription of 3.6 million as of Q2 2023. So as far as Fizz is concerned, your guess is as good as mine. Even just 5% of that number is pretty significant.
