When activating the mnp6 bit, an error message appears and the next step cannot be performed. Yesterday I tried my activation process, but I did not complete the activation because the number could not be transferred. But when I tried to activate again today, I was prompted with an error when entering the 6-digit verification code of mnp, which prevented me from proceeding to the next step. Now I don't even have a chance to try。

I called fido's customer service and it was confirmed that my number was not locked in any way. Can be transferred freely to any operator. But yesterday I tried to transfer the original number during the activation process, and fizz prompted me that the number cannot be transferred. Does it mean that the 639 number segment is not supported? If transfer is not possible, can I apply for a refund? Because I don't want to change my number.

It seems fizz is still only available for certain areas. Including that areas numbers.
