Phone call history

I know that I can see my phone call history on my phone but the call history I want to see is for December 10, 2023 and I can only see my call history as far back as December 19, 2023. Are you able to share my call history for December 10, 2023 with me please?

    When you go here My Plans in your Fizz account -> Manage Plan -> Data usage report

    You can see them, click on the link the PDF will open with all the informations

    You can from your account https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-view-my-usage


    1. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
    2. Into 'Manage Plan' menu
    3. Click on 'Data usage report'

    Go to "My plan" » "Manage My Plan" » "Data Usage Report" and usage reports are here ! 🙂

    Note : Only reports from the last six months are kept.

    If you click on the PDF you can see the incoming and outgoing calls for the 6 previous billing cycles, you cannot see the calls of the current billing period

    Look at my screenshot, you have to click on the PDF icon on the right.
