SIM - IMESSAGE - FACETIME - PHONE NUMBER
Has anyone have had this issue before ? It's been two months and they've closed my ticket without my knowledge and without resolving the issue! And now the agent opened a new ticket! For what? To make make me wait two months again ?!

if you go on preferences, under cellular are you able to see your phone number
what iOS are you using? If you are using an old iOS this can be the problem

Yes I can see it. But when I go to the iMessage and FaceTime it’s showing me my old phone number and it doesn’t let me activate successfully. So I can’t call FaceTime nor send text messages
