Hi guys, did anyone received perks for extra data? I saw a post on fb. Some people received these perks. 40 gb and 50 gb but I don't think everyone gets them. 😭 please share if you have some spare. Thanks. DG1NA

Everyone with a data plan active at nov 1 will received for the 25th nov 5 times the data in their plan

@Jess_i88b6 what do you mean opened on Nov 1st. Does it have to be a new plan or existing plan?

the data plan must be active at nov first when fizz was checking this option
(2) Any account with at least one active mobile plan with data as of November 1, 2023, inclusively, will receive during the month of November 2023, five (5) My Rewards perks, the amount of each perk corresponding to the number of GB being paid for as part of that mobile plan. Up to a total of ten (10) perks per account. These My Rewards perks will be available for 150 days and must be activated before they expire. Once a perk is activated on your plan, you will have 30 days to use it. My Rewards perks are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred. The conditions of the My Rewards program apply.

I don't get it. Why some people got it already and some haven't? It also says the perks will be available on November 25.
I have a plan with data and just changed it to a new plan with more data for this month at the end of October, yet still haven't received the perks :(

They will give to use during the month, it is written on the page I didn't received yet. Don't worry you will get it, and if your plan was renewed it before or for the 1st nov with more data, you will get 5x that amount

Thank you. I just got mine today. I changed my plan to 40GB by the end of October, and it took effect on the 8th of November. The perks I got are only 1GB each which is my old data plan.
Pretty bummed about this. Is this what's supposed to happen?

I will gift you some, but is just if you have a active plan that they gave the same amount of your plan 5x.

Perks data cannot be shared I believe. Also if you have data in your plan, you should have received 5 perks with the same amount of data as your plan each
