If your address is not in the system, Fizz will not add it :(

Can you try to subscribe, the first step they will ask for the address to validate that internet is available.

I can't even find the place on the website to subscribe, including where to enter the address. It's rather weird.

Thanks for the info. As it turns out, it seems that Fizz internet is still not available at our address. Also, I discovered when I was logged into my account that I had to go to My Plans to access the Internet subscription option 🙄. I do wonder if the problem is that this service is not in our area, or if our house is not properly connected to the cable system. The demarcation point for our telephone service is on the outside of the house, but the demarcation point for cable is on the inside (i.e. old technology). Do you think Fizz tech support might be able to clarify this and possibly fix it, if necessary?

Non-official rule is: if Videotron is available at your place than Fizz should be available too.

Never thought of trying to enter one or more of our neighbours addresses. I tried a couple and it definitely looks like Fizz Internet is not in our area.
