Fizz community wifi hotspots

Hi, I just had a quick question. In my neighborhood I have seen these fizz mobile free Wi-Fi "hubs". They are basically a picnic bench with a roof over them that have your branding on them and they feature free Wi-Fi. I'm assuming these are rentals correct? I'm just curious what the pricing is. I couldn't find any information on these anywhere. Thanks
