I've read that officially it's a display error. The problem should be fixed for everybody soon.
To be sure there are no issues with your account, you can opt to contact Fizz
You can start a live chat by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/support and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

I have a similar problem. I chatted w/ customer service and they opened a ticket for me. It's been almost a week and it's still unresolved on my end. Also, we are not alone, on Reddit many users are having similar issues after the "unboxing" of Fizz revamped new graphics. I would suggest to contact them to let them know your pricing changed.

Indeed, it's a display error. I have the same issue. The amount withdrawn from my credit card didn't change, so nothing to worry about. You can open a ticket yourself, go to
Settings > Contact forms> Submit a complaint
