Why people can not call me?
Hello,
My mobile plan is for Quebec.
I went to Toronto last weekend. But my friends from other places could call me only twice.
It's interesting that whenever they tried to call me, I got a message from Fizz that you can't call anyone outside of Quebec!!
Please advise

With a Quebec plan you can use your phone in Québec and the Ottawa region, outside this you need to have a Canada Plan, or buy an addon or put money in your Fizz's wallet (also to receive calls)

Yes if you have a Canada Plan or an addon or money in your wallet
Your coverage is Quebec, therefore, you can use the phone in Québec not outside
only the incoming SMS are free and worldwide
If you received calls that it is a BUG, and if it was working contact the support they can give you more informations
