Hi i just want to know if somebody call me from France i'm gonna pay something?

The incoming calls are free if you have unlimited calls and you are in the coverage area
If you don't have the call option in your plan you must pay for them, wih an addon or the money in your wallet

As @Jess_i88b6 said, incoming call are free if you have unlimited minutes in your plan. Otherwise, you won't be able to receive call at all until you don't buy minutes or put money in your wallet
