Hi , I’m sorry for what about to write but this fizz service is the worst ever it’s been 2 weeks that I’m waiting for them to come and install my internet at home but there is no one , the same with my neighbours, they give you an appointment but there is no one first time they said there is no one at your home but my neighbour waited for them last week no one come this week I waited for them there is no one I’m done with you ( fizz) the worst clients service ever , I share my experience to the customers to know it all have a good day

    Have you contacted the Fizz customer service by chat or Facebook and opened a ticket?

    Hi @Zizou1234

    I can understand your disappointment, however, with the weather that we got for sure Videotron (yes, the tech are videotron) gave the priority to fix the problems

    @Jess_i88b6 I understand this last days but it’s been 2 weeks I contacted them multiple times but no answer and the worst part is like no one send an email or something they don’t care I’m costumer with them for 3 years respect this kind of people who uses your services for long time

    From their Faq they wrote that they are sending an email if the appointment was not respected.

    I really don't know what is happening, since the last days it seems that there are fewer customers representative responding to the chat or too many requests.
